Use company SSO - and enforce it when required

Eligible teams can use SAML SSO with their organization’s identity provider, with optional team-level enforcement when SSO must be the only login path.

For enterprise teams, access to a research platform can be part of the same identity and security policy that applies to the rest of the company’s software.

Wynter supports SAML single sign-on for eligible teams through an assisted setup with the Wynter team.

Sign in through your organization’s identity provider

Once configured, team members can use the organization’s SAML identity provider to access Wynter. The setup is handled with Wynter rather than through a self-service SSO configuration screen.

Enforce SSO when alternative login methods are not acceptable

SSO enforcement is available at the team level and is disabled by default. When an organization requires SSO to be the mandatory authentication path, Wynter can enable enforcement on request so team members are required to use the configured SSO flow.

Match access requirements without changing the research workflow

The customer benefit is removing an identity-access blocker from using Wynter. The research experience stays focused on the same work; authentication can fit the organization’s access policy instead of forcing the organization to make an exception.

Setup is coordinated with Wynter

SAML configuration and enforcement are managed with the Wynter team. Organizations that need SSO can contact their Wynter account team to confirm the current requirements and setup process.
