Customer Interviews Terms & conditions

  1. Get a quote: Before starting your project, fill out our “Get a quote” survey and provide us with your study plan and availability. Our team will then contact you to estimate the time and price for the project. After you agree on the terms, we will send an invoice which must be paid before the project can be launched.
  2. Get a quote: Before starting your project, fill out our “Get a quote” survey that includes the following fields: Name, Company Name, Email, Seniority Level, Audience (up to 3), Number of people from each audience, Industry, Company Size, Audience Details (exact target audience) and information about the study including questions to be asked. Our team will get back to you within one working day with an estimate for the time and price of the project. After you agree on the terms, we will send an invoice which must be paid before the project can be launched.
  3. Choose your audience: Each customer interview project includes a total of 10 interviews. You have the option to select participants from 1-3 different audiences. You can also specify the company size and industry of your desired audience, and provide any notes about the desired participants. While we will make every effort to fulfill your requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to secure the exact participants you request.
  4. Schedule your interviews: We will schedule the interviews and ensure that you have the requested participant for the interview, making every effort to ensure that the participant appears for the interview as scheduled. If the participant is unable to attend the scheduled interview, it will be rescheduled according to your availability. You also have the right to end the interview at any time if you feel the need to do so, in which case it will be rescheduled with a new participant according to your availability.
  5. Conduct your interviews: You are responsible for the content and conduct of the interviews, including any decisions or actions resulting from the interviews. Wynter provides participant recruitment and interview scheduling services.
  6. Receive recordings and transcripts: After every interview is complete, we will send you an email with the interview recording and summarized transcripts.
  7. Prohibited conduct: You are strictly prohibited from requesting any personally identifiable information (PII) from participants or asking participants to join any group or organization outside of the Service.
  8. Timing: By using the Service, you agree to allocate at least 2 weeks to run your customer interview project and to have at least 10 hours of available slots in your calendar for the interviews. If you wish to complete the project in less than 2 weeks, we will assess the feasibility of this request and will make every effort to accommodate your needs, subject to the availability of participants and your calendar.
  9. Termination of interviews: Interviews will be hard stopped after 60 minutes.
